I am all for setting a majority of the rules aside.

Now if we had a permanent carpet we could do a points league.

I think the f1 clasd will be a select few people getting into it.. and from the people that are doimg it we are all decent drivers... I think it would be cool if we could have a permanant carpet race f1 every weekend... and do oval one weekend and road the next now THAT would be fun... but we dont have that luxury... but I think that would be fun

The Tamiya F104v2 kit is probably what most guys will run. The tires I would recommend would be the Pardus combo that was used as the spec tires for various races. Here is a link to that combo:

Also those tires are the cheapest tires so you wont break the bank buying a $50 set.

Thanks for posting up that information, Luuke.

For anybody curious about whether those tires work, let's just say Luuke's car was a rocket on the track. He was totally hooked up with those Pardus tires.

Once I switched over to the Pardus tires I was having much better handling. Started to be more predictable. Only issue I had was traction rolling :) nothing a little CA won't fix tho for next time.

You guys better watch out. Once I get this servo saver replaced I think the F60 will be fast enough to challenge for the lead.
